Overview

At Heavenwood Doors, we take pride in delivering high-quality doors and woodwork. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products:
If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.

Incorrect Item Delivered:
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind:
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for “change of mind” once the order has been confirmed or customized.

Custom Orders:
Items made to order (e.g., custom-sized or custom-designed doors) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.


 Refunds

Refunds are processed in the following scenarios:

Approved returns will be refunded via bank transfer or the original payment method, within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

In case of a replacement, the original item must be returned before the new one is shipped.

Your full name and contact number

Order number or receipt

Description of the issue

Clear photos of the product (if damaged)

Shipping

For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.


Important Notes

Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Returns that do not meet our policy may not be accepted.

This policy complies with consumer protection laws in Pakistan.
